Generally, in the organization, it is supposed that there is a purpose which members of the organization share with each other. But this idea is problematic, because the members of the organization have personal purposes and these are different from the purpose of the organization. Indeed, organization differs from association and these two social relations are composed dual structure. And these social relations have different purposes. Purpose of organization is to maintain the association and to achieve the purpose of the association. On the other hand, association has a peculiar purpose: for example, firm aims to earn money, hospital aims to save life.
