As well as junior and senior high schools in Japan, elementary schools can be where people need to learn English from 2020. The year is one of the eras when learning English is acceleratingly globalized. Such a globalization, however, is not necessarily fruitful enough to teach English. This is partly because a pedagogical role in teaching English in elementary schools has not been played by language acquisition. The theory can lead to one of the answers that help teachers to teach both spoken and written English; furthermore, first and second language acquisition can function as the linguistic joint between preschools and junior high schools.
